Bathroom exhaust fans

The CFM ratings are typically at 0" static pressure which is never true in the real world. You'll see at 1/8" and probably closer to 1/4" sp depending on duct routing & exit style.

Try a search on www.build.com. They have a huge inventory.
 
Our house was built in 2018. Two of the bathrooms have fancy fans that always run at a low speed (can't hear it running) but can manually be turned up via the wall switch if someone is showering. The bath in the basement just has the basic simple noisy fan, as does the water closet room in the master bath. I don't recall the brand but when the fancy fans are manually turned on, they are almost impossible to hear, compared to the NOISY el-cheapo fans.
