Banged up the dart

What pray tell, did you hit? Its hard to to tell from the pics how deep the damage is. Might be easier to find a fender and paint it.

I'd be more worried about fixing your body, than the cars body!

If its driveable, leave it until you see a doctor. I don't know your age but there are a few causes of this. PM me if you wish.

Glad you are safe. Glad you are seeing a doctor.

Kinda reminds me of my stepfather. He started passing out randomly in 2002. Doctor finally said he needed to go 6 months without passing out before driving again. That never happened. I eventually needed to report him as an unsafe driver. The State took his license. He kept driving locally. So I had to sell his car. It was a hard thing to do but being responsible is not always easy.

Your life reads like a novel. Hope it has a good ending.

I hit a Guardrail. No I wasn't drinking very rarely do I drink at all. My life definitely reads like a novel. But some good unrelated news I could share I suppose. I am happily finally divorced have been for a little bit but anyway I met this girl who is an absolute sweetheart I've never been so happy in my life. So even with all the bad stuff happening I am good spirits. She's been an incredible help through this whole ordeal and everything

Easy fix, nothing looks structural and from the pic and it doesn't seem to have touched the rear quarter making it a bolt on and paint deal. From the sound of it the damage to the car is the least of your problems, get yourself right before you kill yourself or god forbid someone else, then you will have a real problem.

Glad you are okay but please stay out of the driver's seat until you are sure the fainting is fixed. You don't want to hurt or kill someone.

My wife and I certainly are not easy on things and tear them up from time to time (really) . But we insist on extremely high quality repairs with original equipment parts. Mama peeled open the entire side of her F150 Lariat, yikes!

The new panels and doors made it right. I then sprayed rustproofing inside to prevent welds from rusting. Paint job was perfect.

This stuff happens. A great repair will be better than the rest of the vehicle, and keeps the vehicle looking brand new. Mama's truck has 100K miles. Looks and drives perfectly! I never worry about repairs, I just make sure they are done correctly.

And, yes, get yourself healthy!
