Anyone else heard of Balance Masters for wheels? A friend recommended them for the F450. It is fine but he says it will be even smoother and less steering wheel vibration over deep bridge expanders.
Are they worth the $540?
Thanks

I have Centramatic Wheel balancer on the steer axle of my Motorhome (224/70.19.5 tires)essentially the same thing they seem to work fine but how do you really know unless you have a noticeable out of balance wheel install then and then its fixed. Centramatics are around $200 an axle in my size. I will probably add the to the rear when I do the tires.

Aren’t these basically contained bead balancers? If so, there’s some neat info out there. Such as … great at steady speed and straight. Have to rebalance the first 20 revolutions from every stop. Can lose their balance and jiggle the steering in turns. These are the typical things I’ve read and heard.

Just an FYI:

Balance Masters, Centramatics, etc are OK for static balance and out-of-round but can't handle dynamic imbalance. They also don't work at slower speeds. The good news is that over time, the need for dynamic balance has mightily decreased.
