Well, ramps and handrails are covered under Federal Fair Housing Act (“FFHA”), that's pretty clear. I don't know if a lift would fall under "reasonable accommodations".

Probably a good thing. Some good employees but most are horrific.

A vacuum oil change pump won’t work with the 2.7L EcoBoost because of the small sump that stores oil for auto start. It prevents the suction tube from getting to the bottom of the oil pan. You also need to let a 2.7 sit about 20-30 minutes to get the oil to completely drain into the pan or you will overfill it. Owners manual says 15 minutes is enough, but I let it sit longer to make sure it’s empty.
