Well, it may not be instantaneous, but just add a bunch of motor oil to your brake fluid. Your rusted caliper will soon fail....as well as your entire braking system.
Okay, before everybody gets their feathers ruffled, that was a joke and of course it shouldn't be done. But the OP would get the satisfaction of getting a different one on warranty.
Now, for the best looking calipers, the old, discontinued TRW Kelsey-Hayes calipers had a coating on them that actually looked like they were galvanized. I'm not exactly sure what they coated them with, but the silver-colored coating looked brand new 100K miles after they were installed. These used to be an excellent caliper if you had a wheel that allowed you to view the brake caliper.
In the modern world where everybody just buys on the lowest price, I'm sure they were way too expensive to manufacture.

I'd assume you'd need some sort of engine enamel to stand up to the heat. Silver or black would be my preference. Red calipers on a lifted Grand Cherokee would look foolish. Lol.

Painting calipers seems like too much work for me. If they were ready to paint out of the box, okay.. But of all the calipers I've sold, they are normally covered in oil from the manufacturer.

I would just paint all the calipers around, one thing I can't stand is rusty looking brakes behind nice looking alloys, I usually always make a point to paint the brakes on my cars the first time I take the tires off, never anything that stands out, just black or silver depending on exterior color of the vehicle.
