My Suzuki Sidekick has had a weak Rear Main Seal ever since it came out of the showroom in 1/1999. But the leak was never bad enough to be a problem......it was more like a "weep" than a full-blown leak. Recently, it got worse to the point that my driveway was starting to look Ugly.

Dealer wanted $1000 to drop the engine and put in a new Rear Main Seal. I balked, since it is not a new, prestige car anyway. Just something to get me to where I wanna go.

2 weeks ago, I poured in Auto-Rx more out of curiosity than anything. Now, 400 miles on, no more leak!!!!!! And I have not even started Phase 2: the Rinse phase.

Thanks, Auto-Rx, for a great product. You just saved me $1000.

Auto-Rx works if you follow the directions on the bottle!!!!!!!!

Just wait until you do the rinse phase, you will see the Suzuki even run better and hopefully you will see improved gas mileage to boot. Isn't it amazing that for such a little cost you can save a lot of momey and keep it in your own pocket! I would rather keep my heard earned dollar's in my own pocket rather than make some dealership richer!

Did they refuse to fix this leak when it was new?

I never complained to them abut the leak, because it was never serious enough to complain about. It was more like a "weep." The leak became serious only after about 1.5 years of using Chevron Delo 400 15w40. But I am not bitching about Chevron, it only shows that Chevron is cleaning out my engine internals because of its superior add pack.
