Just a thought...

Would there be any interest, or point, in finding a local auto shop to carry Auto-RX in stock here in Calgary?

How about other cities?

Would make it a lot quicker to get ahold of.

Don't believe it will or should be a retail product. Too many idiots out there who would misuse it. Now maybe a Canadian BITOGER becoming a distributor is another matter. Why not you, there's a market for it?

I'd be willing to "stock" a fair supply.

I'm in Calgary, and I'm sure that others elsewhere would also be interested.

If I did stock a supply, who'd be interested in picking it up here? Any shipping hassles to watch out for?

Also, anyone in Calgary want to get together for a "bulk" buy?

Hoping for test results from NAPA Jacksonville from nice Pontiac Bonneville maintained to the fullest

If it says what i think buy Auto-Rx in bulk as they tested for MPG also.

On the other hand might not have much to say. Call this a preadvise(test car belongs to a personal employee)

I'd be interested in getting some. I'm in Chatham, Ontario. I looked into ordering it from the web site but it somehow costs a bundle for the supplier to ship it to Canada. I'm not sure why it would be different than any other product.

Being shipped by courier can really add to the price. PLUS, you have to watch our for brokerage fees as well. (Not sure if you'd be charged any)

I ordered $30 worth of small car parts then ended up being shipped UPS from the US. Brokerage fees were $60!!!

So what SimpleSimon?

I still pay the price for brokerage when ordering AutoRx from Frank down in FL to B.C., and I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase so far (to the point where I actually did a second purchase 3 mnths afterwards).

Yes, it is pricey than that of getting it across the boarder but good products deserve attention and patronage even across the boarder.

So nothing... Just that you have to take shipping costs into account.

That's one of the reasons I'm suggesting that they find a "distributor" up here. Auto-RX doesn't make any money on the shipping, so if we can shave that down everyone benefits.

An ideal dealer/distributor in Canada should be a legitimate Canadian business. This is to take advantage of NAFTA, eliminating the costly tarriffs. Freight into Canada in bulk/cases should not be too bad in that the product gets bottled in Michigan. Ideally the dealer/distributor would be able to market and sell some product on their own as well as get leads from ARX. Food for thought.

That's quite pricey, but it ain't gonna get any cheaper. And it works like nothing else.

SimpleSimone, you are a smart man. Get together a group and purchase a five bottle order, with the coupon code ARXF1 you can buy the product for $18.97 US. Then divy up the shipping over 5 bottles.

5 bottles divied up? LOL, that's funny.

Once you guys up there in the great white north try it you'll be buying 5 bottles for yourself, each one of you. It's not inexpensive, but for the results you get it's worth using. The difference in how the engine runs is quite noticeable. If you put it in your trans you will see noticeable changes/improvements.

As gas becomes more and more expensive and cars continue to get more and more expensive and repairs become more and more expensive, the cost of ARX will be easier and easier to justify.

Buy cheap tools and they break, you end up buying another one to replace it. Buy a quality product that really works and gives significant results that are simple and safe to achieve-that makes sense.

I had to overcome the cost factor too-in my mind. It was difficult to justify paying that much for an oil additive. We are accustomed to seeing low cost additives and quick fix products in a bottle for $3 or $4 etc. and we think, oh my, $20 for a little bottle of ARX?

Too many peope on BITOG have used ARX and have had great results to be skeptical at this point IMO. I was a big skeptic but after reading so many positive reports here I was convinced that I had to try it.

I don't drive new cars, in fact all of my cars have at least 50,000 miles and are at least 7 years old, one has 129,000 miles. I need all the help I can get to keep them going and alive. My Olds Silhouette minivan is the one with 129,000 miles and it runs terriffic after ARX and several fuel injection/fuel sytem cleaners run through it.

I also had the plugs, wires and O2 sensors replaced about a year ago. That's maintenance too, just like ARX, except that replacing plugs, wires and O2 sensors cost hundreds of dollars.

My point? Don't fret about the price of ARX. It works, it's a lot safer and gentler than solvent cleaners and your engine will give you better performance and last longer-Arx pays for itself.

But say 5 of us order 4 bottles each, seperately though. Shipping will be about $125 going to 5 different locations. Now if we get all the bottles in one shipment, I'm sure it won't be more than $40-50.

I have looked into Auto-RX but have not ordered it because of high shipping costs to Canada. I have read about all the great experiences, but if I only need enough for 1 car (1-2 bottles), I can't justify the total cost when shipping is included. A local distributer that can offer low cost/free shipping would definately sell me a bottle or two. And when I see the results for myself, I may order more and also start recommending it to friends.

Frank: Are you saying Auto-RX may be available in Napa stores soon (including Canadian stores)? That would be great for consumers and yourself!

Anyone want to step up and serve as a Canadian warehouse for Auto-Rx? This is just a wild idea, but someone there could receive A-Rx by the pallet and ship it by the bottle to Canadian buyers as directed by Frank. Frank handles all the money and pays a small, reasonable amount to whomever does the shipping in Canada.

Ken

I agree Ken, But to avoid the tariffs it would need to be shipped to a legitamate business. The lgitamate business would have to margins good enough to operate a successful business. I think that all parties entertaining the thought contact ARX directly.
