Good Morning BITOGERS Had few of these filters laying around so figured why not chop one open. Doesn't look bad, Lil' sloppy pleat spacing I see but serviceable for 4-5k OCI. Enjoy the photos.

It's nitrile rubber and I believe a "combo/ADBV"

Interesting filter, especially that composite resin part. The media looks thin with wide pleat spacing. Looks like a decent jobber filter. Thanks for sharing.

Yeah, I have two old WIX made Super Tech 4386 filters that use combo valve. Maybe I'll cut one later

I think small auto parts stores like one our work uses carry them. The mom and pop auto parts near me carries Parts Master stuff
