Atturo tires?

Since it's a value brand tire, I think you can expect decent pricing but probably not great performance or tread wear. If it's half the price of Michelin or Continental, it may be a good buy. Lately here some have recommended Sumitomo all terrain tires. I recently bought a set of Kumho Road Venture A/T 245/65/17 for $109 apiece at a Discount Tire store.
Made in Taiwan and Thailand? No thanks. There are plenty of quality tires made right here in the USA.

Thanks. That's standard response on a tire thread like this. There are crappy tires made in the U.S. as well. Just FYI.

The mtg has been around for a long time. Have never owned them though. They are sold by some national tire stores so imho they should be ok. That being said, if the pricing is similar to fallen wildpeak at3 or Cooper at3 4s I would go with either of those. I am running the coopers on my ram 1500.

Its a 2000 Lexus RX300 with 290k miles.
I wanted to get a 3PMSF all season tire for winter weekend trips to Lake Tahoe from the SF bay area.
As the vehicle is old with alot of miles I most likely only be using it for winter trips for the next 1-2 seasons so don't expect alot of miles out of them.

Perfect tire for the application.
I am happy to see (for the most part) the cheap tire bashers remaining quiet in this thread.
We all know they are not made here and they are cheap. The OP already knows that.

I think Atturo is another GT Tire label. I see them on work vans.

Global manufacturing is nothing new. Its the design, manufacturing process and quality control that count. I heard iphones are made in china. At one time VW was making cars in Mexico and Brazil.
