ATF+5 Transmission Fluid

I'm finding more and more websites stating ATF+5 transmission fluid should be used in 2002 and newer Chrysler vehicles. I've never heard of it. Manuals say to use ATF+4 fluid. Was there a TSB I missed. Anybody have some info?

ATF+4 was light years ahead of anything else when it first came out I cannot see them changing it again??? If so do keep us in the loop! I like C+ATF made by Redline for anything calling for ATF+2+3+4 etc.......It is so far ahead of the rest of the ATF+4 products.

No such thing as ATF+5

I use Amsoil Universal, much better then the Mopar Group III fluid.

Rumor was an MPG thinner ATF. Never happened.
We'll see which automakers survive the next 20 years.
