No kidding! I did see one with live fish swimming in a compartment on the outside, and one that plays music, and one with a movement sensor that opened the lid as you approached!
$12,000.00 toilets are a thing now, but that one doesn't qualify.

a real estate listing does not mean your front door is now wide open and unlocked.

Of course but sometimes they prefer to keep it private. Especially if potential buyers are wealthy, celebrities, public figures, etc.

Some people only want serious buyers and they don't want anyone walking through their multi-million dollar home.

If you are talking a "big buck" home-there are examples where people who tour the home need to be "prequalified" before doing so. Those instructions can be put in the listing.
