I have been getting tons of "Oops. We ran into some problems..." messages excessively the past few days. It's almost like it logs me out without notice even if I checked the "Keep me logged in" box. It's been happening every 5 minutes or so, sometimes 30 seconds after logging in. The only way to fix it is to completely close the browser and re-open and log back in. Until the next 5 minute window is over...and repeat.

Edit: I first thought it was a recent Chrome update, but I uninstalled the update and reverted to about a year old version. Same issues. Doubt it's my browser.

That said, I haven't seen a single captcha here. Just tons of recent "Oops" errors.

I have also gotten a ton of ‘oops” And lately a ton of spam msgs making it past my filters into my inbox. Not happy.
 
Well, I just logged in, clicked on this topic, and instantly got the oops error. After closing, re-opening, and logging back in, I got my first captcha...

Android 11, Chrome version 87.0.4280.141 (intentionally running an older version to see if it helped. It didn't). Desktop view. Once this message appears, no matter what you click, it won't let you actually click on anything. It just makes the same message keep reappearing. You have to force close the window/page and therefore log out. I basically have to login every 1-5 minutes.

Edit: I'm going to switch back to the latest Chrome update to eliminate all doubt toward the browser.
 
I just got the thing asking if I am a robot. First time for this. I was already signed in and going through posts.
 
No CAPTCHA pop-ups on my Windows 10 machine and Android phone, neither with Brave, Opera, Firefox, or Chrome.
 
And I thought it was just me getting that pop up. I switched from firefox to chromium and I'm not getting it. As soon as I switch back to firefox its there. Can't even navigate the forum without getting it multiple times. Very annoying!
 
Super irritating. I first prove I’m not a robot and then I’m taken to a page that says we’re having trouble loading content. Then I refresh and it makes me “submit” the page again and I’m then taken back to the page about having trouble loading content. It’s causing me to lose my love for lubrication. I will Screenshot it next time.
 
Alright, using my personal phone I just got the hCAPTCHA "Are you human?" prompt for the first time. I also got a Cloudflare thingy blocking access. It sounded like a sci-fi monster. I didn't play. I went back to my business phone and it was all smooth sailing.
