Are Proline and Motorcraft both made by Conoco?

I was in Pep Boys today and noticed the new Proline motor oil bottles , except for the color,are now exactly the same as the Motorcraft bottles. Even the jugs are the same. Does Conoco now make Proline oil too? If they do Pep Boys has a good oil.

It seems it's what's inside that counts.
Purchasing bottles from the same bottle supplier isn't a real clue.
