Anyone know the factory coolant fill for a 2000 Volvo?

anyone know the retail equivalent of the Volvo OEM coolant?

Zerex G-05 jugs specifically list Volvo applicability. Flush all the old coolant out with distilled water before refilling with fresh coolant, and dilute using distilled water. Ford's current domestic production uses a "gold" G-05 formulation and since Volvo's now a Ford division, I wouldn't be surprised that "Genuine Volvo Type C Antifreeze" is a blue-green iteration of G-05, too. Zerex G-05 is a pale yellow color once diluted.

i've never flushed my coolant before, but i do the oil, brakes, rotors, plugs, etc. is there anything special to the fushing process....
