Bought 4 Continental sensors for my Mazda3 from rockauto. Boxes came, but they look as if sitting on shelf for a long time. The sensor IDs are "smaller" than the ones currently on car which are 16 years old since I bought the car new. Three of the sensors' battery life is nearing the end, hence the reason for replacement. I included a picture in the post. There is a 5 digit code, 14027, hope it is not a date code, if it is, I will return them as I don't want to use a 10 year old sensor. Thanks.

I did send an email from their website. But have not received anything yet. Not even an acknowledgement of my email inquiry.
Scan tool should report the battery condition.
I have an older ATEQ that tells you the battery condition.
I'll check in a few days when I replace the sensors on a Mercedes.
OBDLink cannot directly interface with a TPMS sensor
You'll need a TPMS tool with a radio, and preferably a screen
Some spell it out, others give you a low battery icon
