I had a TOTAL left shoulder replaced about 10years ago. The rehab was horrifically painful and lasted several weeks with my arm in a secure sling. Great now but, getting here was painful. Hopefully the rehab method has improved.
Anyone here had shoulder surgery? Possible torn labrum...

It's still one of the worst orthopedic procedures for a patient.
It's quite hilarious to see in Hollywood movies the heroes get shot in the shoulder and brush it off as if nothing has happened. Why haven't these studios ever consulted with a physician is beyond me.
