Anyone heard of a parts cleaner called PSC 1000? Is it available in Canada?

I've read on another board that something called PSC 1000 is a good parts cleaning solution. I think made by Crown. A search for this here on BITOG turns up nothing.

Anyone use it, and is it available in Canada?

@SumGuy Don't know about Canada but it is nothing more than hydrotreated Kerosene.
