Lately its eased A LOT. To the point I rarely feel sick just uneasy about something. Although I have no idea what. At its worst latley I don't feel like doing much anything or eating. I almost never have the energy to do simple chores.
BTW I live in a small town and have never heard of a Naturopath. Details please. anyone. I think I have an idea.
I have that too. I'm at an all day meeting Wed/Thursday in Toronto and I'm staying over night in a hotel that you can't open the windows. I'm dreading it because I don't normally do well outside of home when I'm feeling like this. I've got some Lorazapam's I can take if things get too too bad. But I have the same heaving and gaging as you do. It's god awful and I'm hoping that my docs can get me back to normal quick.
To answer your question here is a link where you can read about it:

As well, any documented anxiety side effects of Effexor?
I used to be able to drink pots and pots of coffee a day and even have a couple cups before I went to bed with no ill effects, now I just have 1 or 2 in the morning to get me out of the fog/grogginess I wake up every morning in and then I steer clear of the stuff. I just special ordered some high quality Green-Tea Leaves which came and I'm going to replace my coffee with this as per my Naturopath's advice as it has caffeine in it but it's alot gentler on the system and doesn't harshly affect the adrenal glands as the coffee does. She says she recommends it to everyone that has anxiety and drinks coffee and it helps greatly. I'm a fan of Green-Tea anyways so not a big change for me. Hoping it will turn out well.
No Side-effects from the Effexor so far (2 weeks @ 37.5mg), glad to be off the Zoloft which would make me feel spaced out at times and also made me very light sensitive. It was a very difficult time for me about 2 weeks ago when I came off Zoloft to switch to Effexor. I was at my wits end and hanging on for dear life, but as it is kicking in I'm much better and back to how I was with Zoloft except without the side effects. I'm hoping that upping this or my ND's advice will help get this under control. *Fingers Crossed*

Yes predominantly Omega-3's from what I have read because these are usually always very low in North American diets but the 6's/9's are not... I'm taking a 3/6/9 and a B-100 supplement along with the prescription multi-vitamin/mineral/acid from the ND. Got it covered! Thanks though...
