Not in any major city. Houston has pot holes that will hold your entire wheel and tire hostage. We also have hills too called the hill country. Wasn't entirely sure what you were referring to, but we basically have both depending on the area. Texas is a huge state. I've noticed quite a few after this last bit of cold weather on roads that never had any pot holes. It's usually a hole on one side thst one tire hits, then a big crack that goes across the entire lane. That must be a frost heave, because usually it's just a single hole, no spreadingI bet TX has nice flat roads... right now ours are turning into paved single track. The frost heaves are coming out in force and anything that was a pothole before is now a cavern.
