Interior was nice, I wasn’t too crazy about the radio controls but overall nice. 2.5 turbo had decent power too. Awd standard, which I guess is ok even though I really don’t need that
My wife was set on the Mustang Mach E but maybe not anymore
That‘s pretty much every make and model in today environment. The dealers report the CX-50s are often sold the same day they arrive. Others are pre-sold.
Nice position to be in with a new model.
But they're selling even faster than the other Mazdas. No comment on how I know. That‘s pretty much every make and model in today environment.
I bet they do!The dealers report the CX-50s are often sold the same day they arrive. Others are pre-sold.

Torsion beam rear suspension on the CX-50Never had experience with one, but I did have experience with a couple CX-5's.
Only thing I can suggest is driving one before putting a deposit on a CX-50.
Most auto reviews rate the CX-5 as being far superior to the CX-50.
I can honestly say, for being anti-SUV that's the only one I'd seriously consider purchasing.
That's in comparison to things like a SantaFe, Q5 etc.
And on the Mazda 3, and on the CX-3, and on the CX-30, and on the MX-30.Torsion beam rear suspension on the CX-50
The CX-5 has a rear independent suspension, which gives the handling a more premium and precise feel. And on the Mazda 3, and on the CX-3, and on the CX-30, and on the MX-30.
What's your point?
It doesn't handle like a 1986 Pontiac P6000, it handles like a Mazda.
BC.
It worked for Porsche 911 from 1965 - 1989. I'm sure it will be satisfactory on a Mazda cute ute.Torsion beam rear suspension on the CX-50
A 911 has a lower center of gravity, a Mazda "ute" has a higher center of gravity. It worked for Porsche 911 from 1965 - 1989. I'm sure it will be satisfactory on a Mazda cute ute.
I'm holding out hope for a summer arrival of the CX-60 with straight 6 plug in, hybrid powertrain.
It's slightly bigger and they're trying to make it more "rugged/off-road" looking, yeah. Personally, I think it's stupid to have 2 different vehicles for the same segment...just offer a more "offroad version" as a trim package, not an entirely different vehicle with 9 ****ing trim levels. What's the point of the CX-50 compared to the CX5? It looks like they're trying to market the CX5 to the camping craze of late and cheapened out on the interior.
