Hydroxyzine stays in your system longer.

Slightly off-topic, but I have eczema on my hands that can flare up very suddenly and badly.
There’s only one product I’ve found that eradicates and/or prevents it. Gramp Lyford’s Country Salve. I don’t know what the secret to it is. I’ve tried every cream, lotion, and paste on the market (except for CBD, I must admit) and it is the only thing that works with the exception of a prescription cream. I am convinced it’s also a preventative since if I skip using it for a few days, I’ll inevitably have an eczema episode.
Malo, I have my doubts about CBD. Along with many other things, including neurologists and other medical options, I tried CDB to lessen an out of the blue, middle of the night, likely permanent onset of horrible tinnitus. May 17 2017 at 2AM, the day my life changed... Not only did it not help, I got a noticeable cardiac arrhythmia whenever I took it.Not sure of which product gives the best results, there is so much stuff out there???
Yes, but all you need is the Magnesium. Taking 300-400 mg of magnesium citrate a couple of hours before bed may just do the trick all by itself. Most people don't get enough magnesium in their diet anyway. This stuff works well especially if you suffer from leg cramps at night.

Benadryl here too, every night.Basic Walgreens (Benadryl) has me sleeping within a short time.ZZZzzz.
Noted. I'll get some of that. I'm finding the cbd salve to be amazing.
Mine sounds similar to yours. I can go long periods, nothing. Then it will pop up and be irritating. It started when I lived in NYC and was terrified to go into work at 1 WTC every day. Once I quit and moved to Vermont I both a) avoided dying on 9/11, and b) the eczema disappeared for years.![]()
I live in WA now; I have a while. I lived in Burlington a bit and also Warren, worked at Sugarbush in the winters. I understand where you are, also dated a woman in Hinesburg a long time so know the area. I found it online and will order some. I think once the current bought is fixed (almost is thanks to the CBD), I'll use that periodically to try to keep it at bay. So I appreciate the tip and will try it.What’s interesting is that I’m in Vermont and the stuff may be only available locally and by mail. Many general stores nearby sell it. Not sure if you’re still here; I’m on the Chittenden-Addison County line and buy it at Spear’s Store in Charlotte.

Carefully using that everyday.Benadryl here too, every night.
Yep. It does "loosen" things up a bit for the first week or so that you use it, but, it also keeps everything moving nicely after your system adjusts. 300 to 400 mg shouldn't cause a problem, but if it does, just reduce the amount a little. This amount is well below what is typically used as a laxative. Also, you need to drink a full glass of water with it. It does actually promote sleep and made a noticeable difference the very first time that I used it.Could also have you running to the pot in the middle of the night...
