In that they rented my old Chevy C20 and its shown in some episodes. Its matte black with a sunvisor with amber clearance lights in it, sadly they were never turned on during the filming.
Cool!
Funny there was a thread here a while back about Pick up trucks in Europe (or the lack of).
I was in Denmark/Sweden for a month last year and saw only Two in my whole visit, Both were Nissan.
How did you get yours? [/quote]

I bought mine from another guy that had to many vehicles.
The american pickups are rare to se driving on the roads here but they are around.
But thanks to weight limits you have to have different licenses to drive them.
I can drive my 2500silverado and my C20 on a normal license but i cant have that much weight in the bed (2500,750kg) (C20,1000kg) if i wanted a C30/3500 i would have to get another license that is for vehicles over 3500kg.
The total weight of the C20 fully loaded with fuel in both tanks and a driver is 3490kg
The total wiight of the 2500 fully loaded with max fuel and a driver is 3290kg
Japanese pickups are lighter and can therefor have more in the bed before they reach that limit, but they arent made for heavy loads like a fullsize truck is, i have had almost 3000kg in the bed and you could barley se that it was loaded, the same load in a japanese pickup and it probably would have snapped in half over a bump.
fullsize trucks are often more expensive to own here thanks to taxes... But once the get 30 years old any car/truck becomes tax free as its classed as a veteran vehicle that year
The yearly tax on my 6.5td 2500 is about $900 and that is classed as a "light truck" to get it down a bit, if it werent it would cost over $1800 a year, just because its a diesel...
