That's what I missed the most when I moved out of PA for a while. Seltzer's is the go to brand around here, although it's sliced a little too thick for me pre-packaged. They will slice it real thin at the deli counter. Gotta top it with mustard!
I was picking up a load of freight in Palmyra, PA years ago, and the chatter on the CB radio was about Lebanon bologna. I picked up a roll of it, and it was the best bologna I have ever tasted. Wish I had a roll of it right now to gnaw on. No stores sell it around here.
