Just received a company car now I barely drive my toyota tacoma now .I was thinking some MMO or some two stroke 500/1 .

MMO works wonders in keeping OPE equipment clean and ready for action between seasons. So I don't see why it wouldn't work great in your application. Recommended dosage is 4oz of MMO per 10 gallons of fuel.

Out of all the various and sundry testimonials and prognostications on the MMO website, fuel stability isn't even one of them is it?

Stabil is the way to go, but since OP considered MMO - I got nothing, but good to say about it from years of using it. I mentioned OPE in my previous post, so that's what I'll use as example.
2 push mowers with brand new carburators get gas from the same container, but only one gets a sprinkle of MMO in it. After two years the one w/out MMO had to get carb rebuilt and it looked nasty inside, the one with MMO still is nice and clean and works perfectly fine. So I believe MMO is what's helping it. Which is why I don't see how MMO could cause harm for a fuel injected vehicle that sits unused often, when same MMO does so well for a carb injection small engines that sit without being used for long time too.

I've never had ethanol or fuel related problems in a modern EFI engine that has sat for a long time. My Hyundai regularly sits for 2 months before I even start it to make sure it still actually starts. Same for the Subaru.

Mice and dead batteries have caused way more issues than fuel for me.

I've had company vehicles for a long time and am allowed full personal use including fuel (the '19 Escape in my sig). I use it for work, errands, trips and hauling my drums for gigs.

My '12 F150 is 9 years old this year with only 70K miles on it. It is essentially a tow rig / home depot / camping vehicle. After getting covid, it sat for over a month and a half and fired right up, no issues. I've never added anything to the fuel.

StaBil for storage.
Their 360 protection product adds PEA, so would give you benefits of cleaning and stabilization.

Chevron Techron while good, does not promote any stabilizing properties.

MMO, is at best a cylinder lubricant, but at worst - snake oil. And also does not promote stabilizing properties.

Use both regular and ethanol Stabil for my mower fuel and ethanol jerry cans for my Sportwagen e blending, respectively.

My boat with the Mercruiser v6 (a carbureted Vortec 4.3 liter) sits for weeks between uses with no additive in the summer. For winter storage (7ish months) I use stabil and E0. Never a problem starting or running.

My motorcycle sat for over a month with 1/2 gallon of premium. Fired right up when i came back from overseas. no issues. i'm sure some sta-bil won't hurt anything, if it makes you feel better.

I see lots of future customers from this thread...needing engine fuel delivery service hahaha!
Kidding I am sure some will take offence....

I highly recomend not to use a fuel tank as long term gasoline storage container of more that 12 months even with any product that claim it will stabilize gasoline for storage.

My response can easily be tested simply before storing any gasoline testing the specific gravity of it and then re-test after 6 months re-test again at 12 months. *I have done this and do it frequently because of some of my Track Vehicles. Me I wouldn't use gasoline stored more then 12 months in my weed eater. LOL
