Any ideas what's going on?

An aerial/satellite shot from 2007 (I have a hard time figuring out when Google Earth pics were taken, so I might be off), shows a large dark car in the right spot. The guy lives there!

He moves his head and I've seen him get in out of the car on occasion. Today he craned his neck once while I was spying on him (I was there for a whopping three minutes). He could be an android...

Nice knowing you mori.

Just thought I'd get that in before you become another silent BBer.

He keeps his car nice, maybe another of obbops "out of the house" scenarios.

First, I'd try poking him gently with a stick.
If he's dead, well...
But if he's alive, tell him that you noticed a car parked down the road and the driver has been watching him for a few months.

Old coot may easily frighten. He may also be packing. You go poke him!

Can you ship something via UPS or FedEx to a vehicle consistently parked in the same area?

Send the guy a snack or something, courtesy of his "fan club."

That oughta' perk the guy up.

Probably not, but if you walk into a pizza place and pay up front, you could send him a small pizza.

UPDATE!

Google Map has just launched a new feature called "Street View." Some time last year, Google sent out teams with trucks that had digital cameras mounted. Many of San Francisco's (and some other cities') streets were comprehensively recorded and the images are now accessible via Google Map. The last shreds of privacy have been ripped from our collective bodies, and we are EXPOSED!

Remember my mysterious, Ford Crown Vic dwelling geezer? Well, I found him on Google Map via Street View. So can you! Find Waldo, I mean, find Crown Vic Man!

PS: I drove past him today. He's still there. Sitting in his car. It's CRAZY!

It's none of my business what he is doing!

As for Google and privacy, well, Google Map and Google Earth are super-convenient tools for all sorts of criminals from burglars to hostage takers to your run-of-the-mill arsonist and mad bomber or any other loon.

I don't like the idea of anybody checking out where I live. Do you?

It's not like I was wearing my ghillie suit and sneaking around in the bushes at the time. I was just driving or riding by that car twice a day for 6 months.
