WC Fields was the one who said, "It was a woman who drove me to drink. I never properly thanked her."

Yes! an ice-cold G&T tastes great when it's screaming hot here. Brands? Sapphire, but quite expensive. Citadel currently. There's another I can't remember right now that's triple distilled...Brokers? Maybe...

I go for the botanicals because I like the complex favor. I drink it neat on occasion. Reminds me of hiking in the mountains with the cool, dry air.

Brokers is a good choice. It won Ultimate Beverage Challenge a couple years ago. Good deal, too.

Hmmm, never drank much Gin (AKA panty remover) but I always encourage the wife to!

Seen it drank with Wink a lot, a lemon-lime soft drink. Not bad, have never tried it with out mix.

I never liked gin before, until this summer when I discovered the gin and tonic. I've definitely been missing out. The history behind it is pretty cool too.

Cant say Ive developed a real taste for it over beer and red wine. But I have enjoyed gin and coconut water type concoctions a number of times.

Gin and tonic is pungent and does not appeal to my taste buds, never found it refreshing or tasty. Then again, most hard alcohol, not heavily mixed into something else, strikes me as heartburn in a glass.
