Hello Folks, I was curious if anyone had an idea of what other sterile bottles I could use for backup in case the primary oil sample bottle gets lost in the mail? I've seen someone ask about using a Gatorade bottle but that's not my idea of a good sample practice.

How large in oz do you need?
I suppose if they're empty (dried) it may not contaminate in high levels like Calcium from the bottle. Maybe I'm overthinking.
I believe the oil analysis bottles are 4 oz. So not much.
$1 urine specimen bottles. sterile. 3d party vendor at Walmart.com. Might be cheaper on Amazon:

If you're picky, I would recommend a glass bottle.
That looks good & thanks for the ideas. I will probably get these cups & just fill the second bottle for at least the vehicles. Just in case a sample gets lost I'll have a backup I can send in. I'd not thought of these cups but looks like I can get a non-sterile for a bit less.

I would not be using the bottles for shipping. I'd be using them to transfer the oil into another UOA bottle if the original one was lost.
