Any american made tow straps?

most are chinese made - was looking for something US quality, established manufacturer. If I use it once every 5 years dont want it breaking

Erickson makes quality tow straps and I have had one of their straps for the last fifteen years.

I just checked and could not find country of manufacture on the strap, so I do not know if it is US/Candian made.

For all your webbed polyester strap needs, I highly recommend Kinedyne products. They were a vendor at a previous employer, doing some custom strap systems for industrial lading - all their webbing is manufactured & sewn in the USA. Two other vendors used 'imported' webbing for the same application and it showed. When destructively testing straps, Kinedyne's were by far the strongest and noticeably more durable in day-to-day use.

I e mailed erickson- they said they were not US made, they did not mention canadian made, so I assume Chinese made.
I do not think US companies have any control over the chinese quality, tho they think they do

Aren't tow strapped made by machines and not human workers? I would go with a established brand in a off-road community.

probably but its the correct type and thickness strap material, thread material and proper operation on the machine

This might be a little outside the box for some, but I have used commercial crane lift companies to build me custom lift and tow straps. Most will actually design, build and certify them.
