Antifreeze Burnoff?

My 3 subarus always used a tiny bit. maybe 2-4oz a year.
not too much but if you dont inspect for a year or 2
you suddenly think "HG".

my jeep 2.0T with the pressurized reservoir maybe 1/2-3/4" in 4 years 60k miles. ie nothing.(I put a small mark on it new)

I would expect to see some evaporation, after all isn't it 50% water.

Ok...I noticed a dried powdery substance on the floor, but I know I spilled windshield washer fluid there once. That will do the same thing right?
