Good point. But interesting that it is a very small proportion of people who are buying a disproportionate number of guns and stocking up on ammo.
Also, Bill Clinton spoke very insightfully about this topic, and for that matter any legislative topic where the majority expresses a preference and outcome that does not transpire and his insight was that when a minority is committed and the majority is not in for the fight, the minority can win.
I suspect Weinstein is doing his bit, in the best way he can, to show the majority do care about this issue. Lets see whether the rest of the majority become passionate enough about this issue.
