Anti-drainback?

My 03 Goldwing,my 99 Roadstar, and my 04 Kodiak all cross reference to a NAPA 1358 oilfilter. The 1358 description on the website doesn't list an anti-drainback valve. Is this because it doesn't have a silicon valve or because it doesn't have one at all? I would think it needs one because all three applications have the filter in a horizonal mounting posistion.
