Those fleet parts use agreements are written as contracts for parts distribution and have nothing to do with the warrany. Otherwise some of those specific parts would be free of change. 'Free' is a word the manufacturer can't spell.

Actually, if I'm reading this right, Ford pays the rental company $15 per oil change (added to what they pay for the vehicle when they buy it back).

This isn't about the warranty; this is about how Ford wants a vehicle taken care of that they'll buy back.

Apparently Ford isn't so picky about oil..any oil that meeds Ford specs will do. They do not require the use of Motorcraft oil; only filters.
