5.5 years is a long time to have made this whole. That is good news they have done the right thing when there was serious shorting issue at hand. I wish they wouldn't make me jump through hoops just to pay for GC fuel dilution test though. I had to find a "Local Rep" & try to explain what it was that I was needing in which they had no clue. Good oil yes but the way they're set-up has me getting my long term oil analysis from another lab after I use these up. Glad you shared this here & folks here that didn't get this email can call to address it with them.

They must have had some Load Cell or mixing/flow valve calibration problems. I suspect when they replaced those components or recalibrated and compared new volume fills to old fills, then went, "Houston, we have a problem!"
Possibly @salesrep can comment as well.
They may be late in their findings, but have admitted their problems and are trying to "make good" on these issues.

True but most companies would try to cover it up.
