Analysis of the Nimitz UAP encounter

"Mr. Grusch, too, provided sworn testimony during the congressional UAP hearing of July 2023. Asked whether the US has the bodies of the pilots of the recovered UAPs, he said: “As I have stated publicly already … biologics came with some of these recoveries.” Pressed on whether these “biologics” were nonhuman, he confirmed without ambiguity: “Nonhuman, and that was the assessment of people with direct knowledge on the program I talked to that are currently still on the program.” Mr. Grusch understands that the penalty for lying under oath is jail, and offered several times during his testimony to confidentially—as required by law—provide specific details to lawmakers.

For instance, oceanographer and retired US Navy Rear Admiral Timothy Cole Gallaudet has acknowledged having seen footage of UAPs while on active duty. Some of these UAPs have displayed the capability to go underwater (the so-called ‘transmedium’ capability described often in UAP reports). He has also expressed his belief that Mr. Grusch’s claims are true Recently retired US Army Colonel Karl E. Nell—currently an aerospace executive—along with Christopher Mellon, who spent nearly twenty years in the US Intelligence Community and served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defence for Intelligence, have lent credibility to the claim that there are active UAP crash-retrieval and reverse-engineering programs Defence Intelligence Agency Programme Manager Dr. James T. Lacatski did the same

Even the former head of the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office of the US Department of Defence—Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick, a man widely reviled in the UAP community as a prejudiced gatekeeper working against UAP disclosure—has made very consequential revelations during an official NASA press briefing there are seemingly metallic spheres out there that, somehow, move and maneuver without any signs of propulsion or flight control surface

The sphere shown moves fast, in a controlled, non-ballistic trajectory. Dr. Kirkpatrick then stated that this is just “a typical example of the thing we see most of; we see these all over the world.” That the spheres are described as making “very interesting apparent maneuvers” is significant, as it rules out balloons and ordinary drones. That they are seen frequently and all over the world also rules out elaborate, expensive hoaxes.

Also, the fact that UAPs often seem to defy our understanding of physics doesn’t line up with the black-technologies hypothesis, as it would require not only the engineering to be secret, but also the very advancement of the human understanding of physics. This isn’t impossible, but isn’t very plausible either."
Sworn testimony ! Just search out Michael Herrera for the best testimony of all. The one on the Shaw Ryan show fills in some gaps he didn't know about in is congressional testimony.

Sworn testimony means that person absolutely believes what they are saying.

It does not, however, make that statement true.

Critical distinction.

There are technical explanations of why a weapon system would register impossible speeds. I have seen impossible speeds from a radar that was locked on a target. Many of those explanations are classified, because the nature of the how the system works is classified.

So, until those observations are verified as accurate, we don’t have ”proof” of anything. We have evidence. Also, a critical distinction.

I remember some of that from the 1980's when I worked on a then classified synthetic aperture radar. Anomalous propagation, running rabbits, ******** error, clutter... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anomalous_propagation#:~:text=Anomalous Propagation (AP) refers to,radar beam toward the ground.

I have no problems with a credible wittiness like Ken Day who recount "raining
UFO" given key word Unidentified... I question observers who are spring loaded
from the Unidentified to the Alien position just because they are unable to make
a positive and objective identification...

Take the time to watch Senior Chief Kevin Days analysis of the encounter.

This is an extremely credible individual.

It was the very last intercept of his career before retirement.

He refers to the tech he witnessed/ tracked and uses a term I've been castigated here for - "non newtonian".

What's described vs what's seen on the tic-tac video appear to be 2 unrelated events.

I see temperature inversion quite often. If I look towards the local military base there's a hill between us and I see nothing. If the conditions are just right I can see the base it's very weird the first time you see it, looks like a city in the sky.

Thats because they are. The clip we've all seen many times was shot off Jacksonville Florida.

To my knowledge we've never seen footage from the Fravor encounter.
According to Kevin Day and Fravor a group of suits whisked away everything they had.

IDK if this is just some made up sci-fi but I read some where on Twitter that these orb UAPs could be some kind of plasma balls generated by lasers. If this is even possible, it sounds like photon torpedos from Star Trek lol.

The post mentioned the purpose of these objects was to distract radar but I can't imagine using something of this nature in actual combat because it would be very classified if in fact real. Maybe it would be used as some type of super defense against ICBMS or doomsday scenario. One would hope that we have some type of ace up our sleeve when it comes to getting nuked.

The proliferation of phones hasn’t affected Sasquatch either. They are still all blurry, at great distances and taken by someone having an epileptic seizure at the time. 🤷‍♂️

Not just one but many people. Did you search out and listen to him?

I did listen to him. I believe his testimony. He actually believes that he saw what he saw. He is being honest. No argument there.

Where we disagree - the accuracy of what he saw. The validity of the data and parameters.

Many others have seen similar, but different designs.
In the old days the uap's had rivets, smoked and sounded like locomotives reving up etc.
Its been a development process. Many old books on the subject.
Can't forget the Ca incident in WW2 days, nor the 52 Wa Dc case.

Sworn testimony is personal truth; in a free country these are your
feelings and we believe to be true because of whatever experiences or
beliefs matter to us like and to convince someone else of that truth
it will not be a matter of experiment and observation it will be a
matter of verbal persuasion... like UAPs often seem to defy our
understanding of physics so they must be visitors from another world...

What is wanting is Objective truth as that which has been established as true
by virtue of large bodies of experiment and observations and its true no
matter if we believe its true or not... like the Earth is a globe and not flat...

What your not taking into consideration are that these creatures arent standing a few feet away..... posing for the camera .

It's ironic that only life resides on the only flat planet in the solar system ... coincidence? 😄

Considering UAP are unidentified we don't know for sure they are even creatures that stand and pose like humans...
