Amsoil Universal ATF now meets Esso LT-71141

Amsoil is now officially recommending their ATF for the popular Esso LT-71141 app, after the conclusion of more in-house testing. They’re also recommending it for several MB apps (covers most new MBs), as well as the BMW 7045E spec. This pretty much covers the Euro sector quite well.

Amsoil didn’t reformulate the product. They simply did more in-house testing to prove their product’s compatibility, and are backing it with their warranty. They did the same for the Toyota T-IV std, if I recall correctly, as they didn’t reformulate their ATF to meet the performance requirement….they simply did more testing.

Our '05 Corolla is next.

SO, does that mean that this stuff is approved for use in my VW 01M 4-spd. auto.?

Remember that its Amsoil approved NOT VW approved...

The words "VW approved" make my blood pressure go up for some odd reason.
