Engine has 125,300 on it now in my 1996 Prevost motorhome
Oil is Amsoil (AME) HD synthetic Diesel & Marine 15w-40 oil w/12,400 miles since new in Nov. of 2022. This oil I got cheap from an Amsoil dealer buddy of mine that was moving out of state. Darn thang holds 10 gallons.
I did change the filters this last winter for the heck of it, 2 Fleetguard# LF9620, which required a fresh gallon of makeup oil which skewed the results a little in a good way.
Looks good to me. So, I'm gonna keep running this load until next spring. At which time the oil will have about 15k miles on it.
I'll be switching back to conventional HD diesel 15w-40 and not running it nearly as long as this premium oil.
