"We continue to strengthen our supply-chain foundation through diversified sourcing, strong supplier relationships and the flexibility to adapt as conditions change. That includes reducing dependence on any single region or supplier, securing new supply partners and committed volumes and relying on contractual relationships rather than opportunistic spot buying."

“Customer confidence is earned over time and proven in moments of disruption,” Gallini added. “We take a long-term view — combining disciplined decisions, clear communication and operational agility to deliver without fail and earn our customers’ trust through any conditions.”

Diversified sourcing ?
No advantage there. As time goes on the suppliers can switch up to whatever they want and unless Amsoil does batch testing
constantly we'll start seeing people trying to buy via the stamps on the bottles or labels. You know BITOG weirdness
like all hobbyists do !

Fast paced work environment is another way of saying "We're extremely understaffed and plan to keep it that way".
In my last line of work it meant band aid it just to keep it going and never ask for any more personnel or a larger budget. We had a 1000HP 4160V (VLL) motor that was ran straight off the line instead of VFD, fluid coupling, or soft starts because the fluid coupling kicked the bucket. I put it in the budget every time I was asked to make a budget and in the daily "Emergency Work Orders" every time. We had to keep that piece of machinery running even when production was offline just to avoid the large stress it caused when it started. Eventually it died and management wouldn't' approve another 1000HP motor, so we had to purchase a VFD and a 750HP motor this time and run at a slower speed with additional motor cooling. Then the complaints rolled in about production being down....impossible to win. Miss the coworkers not the MBA's.
