I see a lot of people using Amsoil Injector HP in snowmobiles. Is Interceptor not the best oil for sleds? According to Amsoil web site it is, but still people use Injector HP???

Interceptor is a great oil!,i dont care for HP in snowmobiles because it's a TC-W3 multi-use oil.
I think it's mainly because people read this "hp Injector Oil" and need injector oil so they don't go any deeper.

The Interceptor is primarily for sleds with exhaust power valves while the HPInjector is suited for those without. The Interceptor will be the best all around oil for any sled out there. Less smoke and less carbon build up on your belly pan.
I sell Interceptor to HPInjector at a ratio of about 15:1 and sell over 200 gallons a year and a number of drums.

No it's not,interceptor has more detergents(for power valves) then HP so ring packs and ports etc will stay cleaner longer in any engine,it's just a better oil IMO,i've been running it many seasons now in all my sleds with and with out PVs with great results.

No it's not,interceptor has more detergents(for power valves) then HP so ring packs and ports etc will stay cleaner longer in any engine,it's just a better oil IMO,i've been running it many seasons now in all my sleds with and with out PVs with great results.
