A friend sent me this link and was worried about what he read down in the second to last paragraph where Amsoil is claiming that moly prematurely clogs oil filters .
Does this really happen or has this problem been detected in a test procedure of some type ??????
Pulled from the website :
Try the AMSOIL 0W30 which has a 35,000 mile or 1-year guarantee. If you stay with the 3000-5000 oil change you will not; have high temperature protection, save gas, save money, reduce wear, eliminate engine deposits, maximum filter life (moly based synthetics prematurely clog filters - Amsoil is not moly based).
