I am going to get the auto transmission flushed soon in my 2005 Infiniti G35. I want to use the Amsoil ATF but want to make sure it will do good in my transmission. I emailed Amsoil tech and they said it meets Nissan J-matic fluid specs?

Amsoil ATF has been tested in Nissan applications requiring "J" requirement. Frankly I don't think the Nissan fluid is super special, or unique. Folks using Amsoil ATF in G35's have been quite satisfied.
When did you get the Amsoil ATF?
It was reformulated back in October and the data sheet was updated in December to reflect the recommendation for Nissan Matic J and K.
This reformulation is also recommended for Dexron VI and according to Amsoil tech support, it is any of the shipments with batch code 101897 or higher. So be sure to check that, but I'm sure if you got it after October/December then you've most likely gotten the new formula.

Is it okay to mix Amsoil ATF with Honda Z-1, if using the drain plug and fill method?
Amsoil ATF can be mixed with Honda Z-1 without any issues. It can be mixed with any conventional and synthetic ATF.
PLEASE, would they test it in Subaru Autos? I hate spending 6.00 per quart for the correct fluid, which even all the Subaru dealers don't have on their shelves.
What are they using in their service bays???
I use Amsoil ATF in a ATF+4 application and it works great.
Dealers use $2 OEM ATF in their service bays. Problem is that Nissan, Infiniti, and Subaru charge $6-$10 a quart for a synthetic blend HFM J-fluid via the parts counter. When you consider the cost of higher end ATF's like ATF+4, the better blended multivehicle ATFs, and the blend Mercon-Vs, its gets aggravating what dealer pricing is.
Castrol is spinning off its multivehicle ATF marketing. They will soon have separate IMPORT and DOMESTIC multivehicle ATFs. Feel free to use the Castrol import MV ATF.
I'm still waiting for SOPUS to update their MV spec sheets. I've used Pennzoil MV in multiple OEM transmissions without any issues.
Conoco Versatrans is also another option.
For price comparison, Idemitsu ATF-HP, was also a suitable replacement for many of the Asian specs. For a while, you could buy it at any Cottman shop and online. But, there was a merger buyout or takeover of Cottman by Aamco. I'm not sure who the current ATF supplier is for the franchises.
Compare the cheaper DexronIII price to the 'expensive' blended HFM fluid(ATF-HP):

Now, go to the dept or autoparts store and compare the prices of Mercon V, Mercon, DexronIII, and multivehicle ATFs. We get a fluid that cost ~15% more to make and are charged 50% more
