Amsoil ATF for Civic 2004

I am using civic 2004 VP. Right now,It has 24000 mi already. I am thinking about changing the transmission fluid. The manual states that for severe service, should change around 50000. I am not quite sure. Since, I use my car almost 98% in the city and do delivery. I do not want to wait to 50000 to change the Transmission Fluid. From the forum, few people use Amsoil ATF in honda trans so I just want to know if it can be used without any problem. I am an Amsoil fan so just want to try their ATF. I believe its propertiest will match the situation. Any suggestion.

It works GREAT. Amsoil ATF is a good match with Honda AT's, property wise.

There really is nothing special about the Honda Z-1 fluid itself, despite the reputation.
