AMSOIL and drain interval

I was wondering what the difference is between the following motor oils offered by Amsoil? I realize the drain intervals are different. I have a 2008 GMC Sierra 2500HD currently I'm running the Signature Series 0w30 100% Synthetic Motor Oil.
SAE 5w30 XL Synthetic Motor Oil
SAE 5w30 100% Synthetic Motor Oil
Signature Series 0w30 100% Synthetic Motor Oil


I have another question, do I change my oil by the oil monitor on the truck or by the AMSOIL interval. I use the truck as a daily driver and company vehicle for a lawn and landscape business, so it qualifies as a severe service vehicle.

Follow the OLM unless you want to do used oil analysis to confirm how well the oil is doing.

Since the vehicle is commercial you don't have the 100k warranty so using a Non-API oil is not a concern.

Of the oils you have listed, I'd use the XL for the OLM.

My non severe driving showed that ASL 5w30 would not go 15k by the UOA. The TBN was @ 2 @ 10k with 2 quarts of makeup oil and a filter change. This is with a timing chain 4 cyl motor though.

was the UOA you mention on the first run of Amsoil on the vehicle? if it was, the results would not be the same after a few oci of the same ASL as the engine became cleaner.
how many miles were on the vehicle? can you shed any more info on your vehicle?
