I'm just saying Randy doesn't "bug" me as much as the other two. Simon, honest? That's what I'm talkin' about.

Another question - did they always have guest celeb helpers - criminy did that guy last night have some bad plastic face surgery......

I do know this....

They ALL can sing better than me, with the exception of some of the cut auditioners.

Maybe I like the auditions so much is because I know I stink, and find it funny when some fresh off the funny farm sing worse than I do (it takes alot to be worse than me!), but yet think they are the bomb!

I guess I appreciate the fact that he tells these hacks that they suck even if his delivery is most likely contrived. Anyway, I'm going on about how the show is a joke and here I'm wasting all this typing on it.

I must admit I'm a big fan of this show! I've watched every single season except for the first one.

I even bought the latest CD by the original winner Kelly Clarkson (it's an excellent CD!) and I bought the CD for last year's runner up (who should have won!) Bo Bice.

I was very disappointed last week when Melissa McGhee was voted off. I thought she was a great singer (and pretty hot too)

I just don't understand how Kevin Covais is in the top 12! That kid cannot sing, and he looks like Chicken Little!

There are a lot of talented people on this year's show, I'm rooting for Chris Daughtry to win it, but I also like Kelly Pickler (she is cute and a darn good singer!) and Taylor Hicks is also very entertaining too.

My wife watches this show. She even makes me set the VCR to record it if shes working.

Bo Bice was a pretty cool guy, so is Chris Daughtry ....but I seriously doubt a 'rocker' will ever become the American idol.

I never watch this show. I have seen brief parts of the show and I think they deliberately put some people on the show who have totally no possible future as singers just for the laughs. There have been some charges of corruption concerning the selection of winners. Some of the people who don't win seem better than some of the people who do win.

I can't believe the TV shows that become popular. I will continue to watch 'Digging For The Truth' on Monday nights on the History Channel, and other shows that actually have something to say and something intersting and worth watching.

Are you talking about the resident hard a$$, Simon? I think he's a Brit. His accent seems that way. To me the Aussies sound part Brit, part Texan. Yes he sucks, but no where nearly as bad as the other two panelists, IMO.

I will say this Tony...... Katharine McPhee has a wonderfull voice and is the only one on the show I will listen to sing. She is also quite gorgeous; although I should probably not be saying that, since she is young enough to be my daughter.

FINALLY -- Chicken Little with a haif lisp got the boot. I always complain, but never vote I was disappointed last week also. The longer they can keep the hot chicks in, the more entertaining it will be

I agree, My Name is Earl is a fantastic show! One of my favorites for sure. I still find Scrubs to be hilarious too, they haven't lost their edge even after all these years. And I can't forget about Family Guy, when I watch that show I spend almost the entire half hour laughing!
