The local Fisher Auto parts store has Amalie Elixir synthetic 75W90 gear oil for 7.99 a quart. I was thinking of using this in the transfer case and front and rear diffs on my 2013 Tundra. I currently am running Valvoline SynPower and this stuff is 2 to 3 dollars less per quart. I was reading the spec sheets and not being an oil expert they don't mean too much to me.
Any thoughts on Amalie gear oil? I do a fair amount of towing in the summer, about a 2000 pound boat, and the occasional 4 wheeler. Thanks.
