its not cranking the bolt, its getting it to start and lining up the threads.
You can find reman denso's out there , you just have to look a bit and specify that it is for a COROLLA. I think autozone sells their duralast which can be a denso. If you ask for a Prizm alternator , you get a delco. you have to specify its a corolla. Remember that although the cars were mostly built side by side , some corollas from 93-97 were built in Canada and all the Prizm's were built at the numi plant in California with [censored] delco electronics.
