Alternative to MAC Tools Harmonic Balancer Puller

Supposedly the ratcheting arms make all the difference. I have been told that this tool works very well for the newer domestic V8's or any crank pulleys of this design.

Before I pay the piper, is it possible that someone else makes this tool for MAC?
