Air Press Reg parts

Anyone have a source for parts for air pressure regulators. Mine only seem to last about a year and the plastic body of the regulating valve cracks and leaks down over night or faster.
If someone has an old reg which they have taken apart it is the seat that screws into the body of the reg, located directly below the regulator knob.

FYI Dropped by HF looking for a tool and stumbled onto a regulator for $4.00 which I took apart to get the valve and seat needed to repair my $30.00 reg. and I have some spare parts in case of need.
Hope that helps anyone in need.
