This is for a 1998 Camaro 10-bolt 7.5inch Auburn Limited Slip rear end.
I am trying to find something that will help maintain max fuel economy and diminish the mild whine in the back. Hopefully the oil will contain a moly and PAO/ester package.
Any recomendations. People here do cite the #267 as most common. However from shaeffersoil.com site it lists #267 as a 80W90 and the #741 as 75W90.
And finally suppose i do order the Shaeffers product do i still need to buy a bottle or two of the GM Limited Slip additive?
(The manual recommends 75W90)
Thanks!
