Adjustable load tester

Anyone have any recommendations for a battery capacity load tester? Something that has built in shutoff and a fan for cooling the resistors.

Would like to setup something I can set to draw down a 12v battery to say 12.2v under a set load(1a,2a,3a, etc). Preferably The devices should be able to track how many ah was drained.

That version seems to lack the second USB-C etc. for PC-/Android.app connection. They tend to sit to the right of the integral display and buttons. Using an ATorch of otherwise same class with no problems so far: aliexpress.com/item/1005005690292845.html
