Usually you tee into where the oem sender is then add a sender and add a gauge then wire it together then to a switched battery +. It is not really that hard to do with some basic mechanical skill and common sense. I used to do it on my cars but I am now just too lazy.

I just found a few posts on another forum saying the same thing.
Pressure is easy enough. Temp is tougher due to most sensors being immersed in the coolant flow or at least in the coolant jacket. You may need to tap a bypass hose (typically the heater line) and install your sender/sensor there.
Sure. A 'T' fitting is all you need.
Seal the threads and don't overtighten the brass parts. They distort and leak - maybe break.
Also consider a more valuable oil TEMERATURE gauge.
